Solefloss Fascia Stick

A small steel stick for the spots in your feet that a ball or a roller can't really get into: the middle of the arch, the inside edge of the heel and the gaps between your toes.

Use it for about a minute per foot. Glide it slowly along the arch, press and hold on the heel for a few seconds, then make small circles between the toes. Most people do it on the couch in the evening or right after getting up.
